Event Brite: on the road (2022)
Experienced Visuals recently embarked on an inspiring journey with Eventbrite, capturing stills for their short film series "Heart of Gathering."
This project first took them to the recording of the syndicated radio program Mountain Stage in West Virginia, a setting that beautifully showcased the curators, musicians, and producers behind the scenes. Surrounded by the Blue Mountains, the team captured the essence of the unique people and musical traditions that define this region. Their stills highlighted the vibrant community spirit and deep-rooted musical heritage that make Mountain Stage a beloved program.
The next installment in the short film series brought Experienced Visuals to the iconic Birdland Jazz Club in New York City. Produced by Honora Productions, "Your Crowd is Calling" focuses on venues across the country as they return to business after the prolonged derailment caused by the pandemic. At Birdland, the team documented the resurgence of live jazz, capturing the excitement and resilience of both performers and audiences. The stills from this event emphasize the renewed energy and joy of gathering once again in a historic venue that has been a cornerstone of the jazz community.
Continuing the "Your Crowd is Calling" campaign, Experienced Visuals ventured to Legacy Boxing in Wayne, NJ, to capture behind-the-scenes content at a shoot with trainer Yessenia Montalvo. Montalvo founded the club to help individuals of all ages and backgrounds build themselves up through the sport of boxing. The team’s stills captured the dedication, discipline, and transformative power of boxing as a tool for personal growth. The images showcased the supportive community environment that Legacy Boxing fosters, highlighting the club's impact on its members.
